Rates

NOTE: Regrettably, from August 29th 2023, a fee of £12.50 per day will added for all call outs & site visits. This is the fairest and most transparent way that I can I pass on Sadiq Khan's ULEZ tax without increasing my hourly rate.

I don't charge a call out fee or add on any similar hidden costs. For larger jobs (half a day or more) I can usually provide fixed-price quotes which include my time and all required materials. This can often be done via e-mail, whatsapp, or telephone. Occasionally I may have to visit to see the full extent of the job before providing a fixed-price quote.

For smaller jobs, or where I'm undertaking multiple smaller odd-jobs in one go, I can charge an hourly rate plus materials. I charge £40 for the first hour (or part thereof), £20 for each subsequent half-hour (or part thereof) for this type of work.

There is no VAT added to any of my invoices. I can take payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card (in person only for card payments - I don't have the facility to take card payments over the telephone unfortunately).

I'm happy to provide free estimates for any job, and will always agree the scope of work and the likely cost before starting any work for you.

If you are not 100% happy with any of my work, please let me know and I will rectify it.
