Fit shelves, assemble flat-pack furniture, fit blinds and curtain rails, hang pictures and mirrors, change locks, clear gutters, fit cat/dog flaps, repair broken fixtures and fittings, mend household appliances, re-align kitchen cabinet doors, fix sticking doors, etc.

Plumbing:-

Repair/replace taps, fit outside garden taps, re-seal baths/sinks/showers, install washing machines, repair/replace toilet cisterns, remove/replace radiators, clean/flush central heating systems, fix leaks, all general plumbing work (excluding work directly on boilers or gas appliances).

Electrical:-

Replace light fittings and switches, repair broken fittings, replace sockets, repair/replace extractor fans, change bulbs, repair broken/damaged appliances.

Gardens:-

Erect sheds, repair/replace fences, varnish/wax/repair garden furniture, etc.

Technology:-

Install and set-up TVs/freeview boxes/DVD/BluRay players, fix signal problems, install/configure Internet routers, wired and wifi internet installations, etc.

General Building & Decorating:-

Small plastering & rendering jobs, guttering repairs, masonry/brickwork repair, tiling, laminate flooring, painting, etc.
